PRIVACY & INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY
Softwash North Queensland will only use the personal information that you provide to contact you in relation to your order, or booked quote or service. For example, we will contact you via phone or email to let you know that your order has been processed, to notify you that your order has been successfully fulfilled, if there is an issue with your order, or to arrange delivery or pick up.
Similarly, if you have arranged for us to attend to quote or complete an external cleaning service, we require your email address to send your quote and/or invoice. Chris or Leonie may contact you to confirm your booking prior to the day or to reschedule if needed. In the event of an unexpected event during the completion of one of our external cleaning services, we may need to contact you immediately, in which case we will need your phone number.
Your information is securely stored within digital technology applications that we use to operate our business, such as Wix, Facebook, and Xero, as well as those used to accept payments. See our Payments Policy for more details about our accepted payment methods. At no time do we pass your personal information on to third parties, unless you have authorised Softwash North Queensland to do so.
Softwash North Queensland respects your privacy. We will always seek permission before using your feedback regarding our cleaning products and services for marketing purposes and limit identifying details.
